
Snake River Farms is a company that specializes in American Wagyu beef. I was tasked with designing and animating several videos that would educate people on the superiority of their beef products and how they maintain this excellence in the quality of the their products that their competition just doesn't stand up to.
This was first piece produced in this campaign. The client needed a video to post as an Instagram story to generate interest and excitement in this product they were going to launch in their store. I wasn't given any creative direction on this. They told me what the goal of the video was and gave me complete freedom to create a teaser video that would be visually appealing and exciting. This is what I created.
Recipe videos are a great way to get people excited about your product and what better recipe to use than tri-tip! It's a recipe everyone loves, but isn't too complicated to follow. Posting this prior to their official launch in-store was a great way to garner interest in their products and gives people ideas that are fun and engaging.
The cows and how they're raised are what set this meat apart from their competitors. The foundation of their meat is built off of a famous line of Japanese cows. In order to convey this to their customers, it was necessary for me to produce these short stories on Instagram to educate them on why their beef is special and unlike any other on the market.
One of the defining characteristics of Snake River Farms meat is its' marbling. In these series of posts, they wanted to feature images of their products that show this incredible marbling. The client wanted to convey this information in a fun and engaging way, so we came up with a guessing game of sorts.
